Week 4: Healthy Boundaries

Week 5: Strengths & Self-Worth

Week 6: Self-Care & Board-Breaking Ceremony
Create a personalized self-care routine that supports mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Conclude with a powerful board-breaking activity—symbolically releasing what no longer serves them.

You'll join two powerful sessions designed to strengthen communication and connection with your daughter—so the transformation doesn't end when the Zoom call does.
