FREE PARENT WEBINAR

How to Support Your Teen Without Nagging, Lecturing, or Losing It

Parenting a teen can feel like walking a tightrope. You want to help… But they shut down.

You try to connect…And it turns into tension.

You remind them again…And suddenly you’re the “annoying mom.”

This free, practical webinar will give you simple tools to support your teen emotionally — without power struggles, pressure, or pushing them away.

This webinar is for you if…

  • You feel like conversations with your teen turn into arguments or shutdowns

  • You’re tired of repeating yourself (and sounding like you’re nagging)

  • Your teen gets defensive the second you bring something up

  • You want to stay close while still setting healthy boundaries

  • You want to support your teen’s confidence — without making it a “thing”

You’re not alone. Most parents were never taught what actually helps teens feel safe, open, and motivated.

Some of what you will learn:

  • 3 things to say that build trust and connection

  • 3 phrases to stop saying (even though they sound helpful)

  • 1 simple connection habit that changes the tone in your home immediately

  • How timing, tonality, and posture matter
