6 Sessions For Girls

Week 1: Identity & Brain Basics

  • Create powerful personal identity statements and explore how your thoughts shape who you become.

  • Discover how the brain rewires itself—and how to train it to build confidence, calm, and emotional strength.

Week 2: Emotional Intelligence

  • Learn to identify, understand, and value emotions—so they see feelings as helpful signals rather than defining traits.

  • Practice communication skills and empathy-building exercises.

Week 3: Emotional Regulation

  • Discover playful methods (like slime-making) to calm, reset, and maintain balance.

  • Develop resilience through real-life stress-management techniques.

Week 4: Healthy Boundaries

  • Combine personal values and core needs to establish clear boundaries—both online and in everyday life.

  • Build confidence in expressing needs and saying “no” when necessary.

Week 5: Strengths & Self-Worth

  • Pinpoint individual strengths and learn how to leverage them for lasting confidence.

  • Explore ways to nurture a positive self-image and celebrate personal wins.

Week 6: Self-Care & Board-Breaking Ceremony

  • Create a personalized self-care routine that supports mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

  • Conclude with a powerful board-breaking activity—symbolically releasing what no longer serves them.
