FREE LIVE TRAINING FOR MOMS
Get Through May Without Losing Your Joy, Your Mind, or Yourself ….
Discover 3 Mindset Shifts for Overwhelmed Moms — Plus One Parenting Tool for When Your Teen Is Stressed Too!
May arrives and something shifts in your chest.
Suddenly your calendar looks like this:
Graduation ceremony. End-of-season banquet. AP exams. Teacher appreciation week. Mother's Day. Senior photos. Summer camp registration. Coordinating grandparents. Figuring out what to wear, what to bring, who's driving.
And that's just week one.
You want to be present for these moments. You worked hard to create them. But you're so busy executing May that you're not actually living it.
And underneath all of it?
You're just tired.
Physically tired. Mentally overstimulated. Your brain has had too much input for too many days in a row and your body is running on fumes.
You're not stressed because you're weak. You're stressed because you're carrying everything.
And here's what makes May different from every other busy month:
You're not caught in one wave. You're caught in two.
The ending — graduations, milestones, letting go, celebrations you're coordinating solo, a teen who's becoming more independent while you're still figuring out what that means for you.
The beginning — summer already knocking, camp registrations filling up, the loss of your routine, kids home all day, more food, more noise, more mess, less quiet, less you.
You haven't finished grieving the ending before you have to start managing the beginning.
And nobody is acknowledging how exhausting that specific position is.
This free live training will give you 3 practical mindset shifts and one parenting tool to help you get through May without losing your joy, your mind, or yourself.
This training is for you if…
You open your May calendar and feel low-grade panic settle in your chest
You're doing the majority of the planning, coordinating, and remembering — and getting very little acknowledgment for it
You're physically exhausted and mentally overstimulated and you've been that way since April
You want to be present for these milestones — not just logistically responsible for them
You love your teen fiercely but you're trying to control outcomes that were never yours to control — their grade, their attitude, their gratitude
You know your teen is absorbing your stress — and that matters to you
You're already dreading summer before May is even over
What you’ll learn…
The mindset shift that moves you from "May is happening to me" to "I'm choosing how I show up in May" — and why the difference between victim and victor isn't about attitude, it's about your nervous system
How to identify what's actually yours to carry this month — and how to put down everything that isn't, using two of the most practical frameworks in modern psychology
Why recovery isn't a reward you haven't earned yet — it's the strategy that makes everything else possible — and exactly how to build it into May before it takes everything you have
A live HeartMath Attitude Breathing practice you can use in the carpool line, before the graduation, or any time May starts to spiral — in under 2 minutes
One phrase that will change the way your teen responds to you when they're stressed — something you can use tonight

This training is specifically for moms of middle and high schoolers.
The women standing in the doorway between the end of the school year and the beginning of summer — trying to hold it all together while also trying to hold onto the moments that matter.
Because at the end of May you won't remember the to-do list.
You'll remember how you felt.
Let's make it good.

Hi! I’m Laura Ollinger!
I'm a Teen and Parent Well-Being Coach and the founder of Positively Healthy Coaching. My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, HeartMath, and practical parenting tools — specifically for moms of teens.
I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a HeartMath Certified Practitioner, a Licensed Brain Health Trainer through Dr. Amen, and I hold a Master's degree in Health and Wellness Education.
But most importantly — I'm a mom of four teens. Two girls and two boys. Which means I am living every single thing I teach, every single day.
My passion is helping families not just survive the hard seasons — but actually thrive through them.
I can't wait to see you on April 30th.
