I coach teenage girls who have the problem of feeling stressed out, anxious, and insecure as a result of balancing school, extracurricular activities, and trying to look good while fitting in.
I help them release their anxiety by giving them a proven system using neuroscience and mind-body practices that improves their self-confidence and creates healthy habits so they can feel comfortable in their own skin and be happy with who they are. What that means is they can feel better about themselves and unlock their full potential.
